We build a variety of log buildings: houses, bathhouses/ saunas, summer houses, pergolas, workshops, garages, garden furniture, log stairs, hardwood decorations, as well as perform log design, 3D visualisation, independent construction expertise, construction quality inspection, technical construction supervision, project management, cost estimates and an analysis. We also provide services on log restoration. We offer our services on the whole territory of Latvia, as well as in other European countries.
Why us
- We have more than 20 years of experience in timber buildings. Our log houses are carved according to ancient tradition. This type of log houses were built for centuries and we are seeing it all over the world to this day.
- We are registered in the Latvian Ministry of Economics Construction Merchant Register and we control quality of our production accordingly.
- Our production has a lifetime warranty, which means, that even after 10 years you will have some problems with our product — we will fix it free of charge.
- Our estimated costs do not increase during construction works. If there is something that has not been included or was forgotten, this shows the builders’ non-professionalism and customer shall not pay for it.
- Our prices are very competitive, because we are a relatively small company, so you don’t overpay by covering our office and marketing maintenance fees.
- Our log houses are built only from trees cut and dried during the winter time with humidity not exceeding 25%. Our log houses shirk twice less and because of that they can be painted during construction. You can move into your house right after construction is completed.
- Preliminary we will develop detailed 3D visualisation. This helps customers see the building before the construction and, if necessary, make changes to the project, so we can avoid technical errors in the construction process.
